What are soft skills?

Soft skills are how you act rather than what you know. Often referred to as people skills, personability, or emotional intelligence, these skills are now a requirement for highly profitable companies. Examples include attitude, business etiquette, collaboration, problem solving, conflict resolution, time management, and communication.

The soft skills training courses in Dave’s Charm School cover all of these and more.
